Plastic Surgery Trends 2026
I have been scanning the news this January and was shocked to see that cosmetic surgery around the world and in the UK is largely unregulated.
Just this week I saw on Good Morning Britain that Sara Platt had suffered so horribly when having her plastic surgery abroad in Turkey.
I also watched Loose Women discussing this topic yet again.
Poor Sara Platt went to Turkey for cheap plastic surgery and had many complications after having tummy tuck surgery as well as a breast enlargement with breast uplift. Her botched plastic surgery resulted in her having 13 revision surgeries back in the UK on the NHS.
Let’s hope 2026 is the year that plastic surgery is more tightly regulated for the sake of Sara and all women having boob jobs.

I’ll drink to tight regulations for Plastic Surgery in 2026

Natural Looking Boob Jobs!
Mr Lambe specialises in natural looking breast augmentations (also known as a breast enlargement, augmentation, boob job or breast enlargement with breast implants).
We’ve had many enquiries already at our cosmetic surgery clinic and it’s only halfway through January. We’re fortunate to have such lovely patients over the years and here’s delightful Darby Ward after her natural looking breast augmentation many years ago. We are still receiving enquiries after seeing her journey from consultation with our Virtual Reality Boob Goggles from back in the day on The Real Housewives of Cheshire…
Labiaplasty
We have also had many enquiries for labiaplasty surgery in the past two weeks.
A lot of women say that they are body conscious as they don’t like their “lady parts” for reasons like asymmetry or long labia.
These problems can be solved quickly and easily with a day case appointment with Mr Lambe who has had many years’ experience of this type of surgery and the results are excellent.
So if a simple op on your intimate area is holding YOU back from meeting a partner, having an intimate relationship, wearing your bikini on the beach or by the pool, or even preventing you from riding a bicycle or a horse, then honestly there’s no need to be embarrassed, we do this every day, so please give us a call and make it your priority to get YOU body confident in 2026!

Tummy Tuck
Another popular plastic surgery so far is the tummy tuck.
You may be thinking about your Summer Holiday already and dreading the thought of wearing a bikini or swimming costume if you are self-conscious on the beach or by the pool.
This is one of our most appreciated surgeries as past patients have had to tuck in excess skin which has gathered around their stomach after they have been pregnant and given birth.
It’s also very common now because many patients have been on the Mounjaro weightloss journey and typically 2-4 stone in weight as the weightloss has been so rapid.
It’s great that they are so much lighter and has many health benefits too, but if you don’t feel 100 percent confident in your gym gear or swimwear due to excess skin, then don’t hesitate to come and see us where you will get a fair and frank assessment of what can be achieved for you so that you have the best result possible.
Wellbeing
Finally, we’ve come up with a wellbeing surprise to set you up in 2026!
Keep an eye out on our socials tomorrow (Friday 16th January 2026) to see full details of how you can be in with a chance of winning a wellbeing basket!
I’ve been shopping for you and put your wellbeing front and centre and included face products from Rituals with an SPF of 30 to protect your delicate skin, a ColourWow leave in spray conditioner, an Rituals hand wash, a Wellbeing journal so that you can track your wellbeing, a butterfly pen and a supportive, front fastening bra which we recommend to all our breast patients, whether they have had a breast uplift, boob job with breast implants or a reduction. It is wireless and front fastening for maximum comfort to you.
If you think you or your friend could do with a boost this January, then look out for the competition! You have a week to enter!!
