As we are in our tenth year in business, we have been looking back on how far we have come and been re-reading our golden reviews, this week our upper eyelift procedures (sometimes known as upper blepharoplasty) with fondness, gratitude and downright awe!

Mr Lambe and his whole team were absolutely fantastic. I had upper blepharoplasty and I am beyond happy with the results. From the initial consultation to the aftercare and support after the procedure, there was so much care and professionalism and I was supported the whole way through. Anyone wanting this procedure I would definitely recommend Dr Lambe and a special thanks to Jayne the clinic manager who was an absolute sweetheart in making sure I felt really comfortable throughout the entire process.

Upper Blepharoplasty

Mr Lambe did upper blepharoplasty & brow lift on me on the 17/4/24. From the very first phone call with Jayne, the clinic manager at Reflect, my experience was excellent! I’m only 3 weeks in and already more than pleased with the results ! There was very little bruising and no pain whatsoever, to the extent that I didn’t need any painkillers ! And was back in work a week after the surgery. I can only give praise to Mr Lambe who is very a professional top-notch surgeon and to all of his team at Reflect Clinic and Aset Hospital, Thank you all. Recommend
Upper Blepharoplasty

He was very easy to talk to and I felt at ease straight away.I felt comfortable asking him questions about anything and I could see that he was a lovely person. Seeing his wife on the ‘meet the team’ photo made me trust him even more. (I think it was his wife anyway).
On the day of the operation I was not worried at all about the surgery, I knew that he was an experienced surgeon and would do his best and treat me with respect.
A very good experience from my point of view and I would recommend both him and his right hand man to anyone who wanted to have any kind of cosmetic surgery.

Bi Lateral Upper Blepharoplasty

13th FebruaryHaving carefully considered which cosmetic surgeon and clinic to approach, upon speaking with Jayne I immediately felt in safe hands.
Mr Lambe explained the procedure and the predicted outcome with care and consideration. Post surgery Mr Lambe was quick to reply to any questions I had and with Jayne checking in on me nothing was too much trouble.
Twelve months post surgery my tiny scars are unnoticeable. You can see my eye lids once more and my eyes have their sparkle back.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Lambe.

Upper Blepharoplasty with Local Anaesthetic

100% recommend Mr Lambe if you are considering plastic surgery, I had upper eyelid blepharoplasty approximately 13 weeks ago and the results are amazing.
After my consultation with Gerard I was confident choosing him for my surgery, I didn’t even ask my usual 101 questions because I didn’t need to, I felt so at ease and confident that he knew exactly what my issue was and how to fix it.
I actually didn’t feel nervous on the day of my cosmetic surgery, didn’t have any doubts running through my mind either like ‘am I doing the right thing’ I just knew I was in good hands.
Yes, you are awake which sounds horrifying but it’s actually the unknown that’s scary, the first numbing injection isn’t the best but after that you genuinely don’t feel anything, it is very relaxed in theatre and the team are very chatty whilst you are having the procedure and Gerard is very funny and made me laugh.
Afterwards I was told about bruising and swelling (as I take aspirin it could possibly be more than normal) but it wasn’t that bad if I’m honest, I expected to look like I’d been in a boxing ring but I wasn’t.
Once the injection wore off I had a little pain but paracetamol and ibruprofen sorted it out, you have to sleep upright which you soon get used to, the next day I only took paracetamol twice and didn’t need it anymore after day 1. Your eyes just feel a bit tight and itchy, your not allowed to wash them for 7 days so they are a bit clogged up with dry blood, and the stitches are bloody annoying, but that’s it.
I had my stitches removed at Aset in Liverpool which was completely painless, my eyes were all cleaned, they just snip the stitch at one end and it slides out, It felt amazing.
So roughly 3 months down the line my eyes have returned to bright blue as they are now letting in light as my eyelids were so heavy, they were permanently in the shade, I can see properly now as upper vision was restricted by my eyelids, my forehead wrinkles have improved, also the bags under my eyes are not as puffy, I feel the weight off my eyelids quite literally, it’s a great feeling.
Both hospitals I attended had first class staff, very down to earth people who I trusted completely, and then there is Jayne….who is your go to with any questions or worries you may have, I haven’t met her, only spoken to her by text and on the phone, feel I’ve known her years, she is very down to earth, really funny, she’s like a best mate, very easy to get along with, she is a real credit to Reflect.
So all in all if you are considering surgery, don’t trawl the internet anymore, go and have a consultation with Mr Lambe, you will be made to feel so at ease, he’s just a genuinely great guy who actually listens (rare, I know!)
I had 100% confidence after meeting him, just do it, you won’t regret your decision, I’m so glad I chose Mr Lambe for my surgery and definitely wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him..
