Why did you have cosmetic surgery?
I was unhappy with my sagging jowls which was affecting my confidence.
What research did you do before booking?
I used various search engines regarding the pros and cons of types of facelifts I was considering. The reviews regarding Mr Lambe’s work were outstanding so I had no hesitation in contacting him.
How did you feel after booking your consultation with Jayne?
I felt relieved and so happy that I was able to speak to someone like Jayne who immediately put my mind at ease. I knew that I was ready to proceed.
What questions did you have at your cosmetic surgery consultation?
What were the risks, how long did the facelift take, were any drains used, what was the waiting time for my surgery, what my results were likely to be.
How did you feel after your consultation with Mr Lambe?
I felt so positive and confident on moving forward with a full facelift. Mr Lambe was wonderful and he put me at ease. All my questions were answered and he was very generous with his time. I just knew that he was the plastic surgeon for me. I had in the past seen other surgeons for consultations, but wasn’t happy with the outcome so didn’t proceed.
Any tips for anyone thinking of having this surgery?
If anyone is unhappy with their appearance and like myself, it’s affecting your confidence, then I wouldn’t hesitate in proceeding. The care and attention is amazing and I’m so happy with my results.
How was your recovery? What did you expect and how was it different?
The recovery was near enough what I expected as Mr Lambe had explained the recovery process. I listened to what Mr Lambe had told me to do and I was very diligent which made all the difference. Yes it was a little sore but that was to be expected.
How was your aftercare experience? What helped?
The aftercare I received was fantastic. I went along to the clinic and Mr Lambe was at every appointment to check my wounds and to answer any questions. Jayne was at the end of the phone, which I found really helpful too. I can’t fault any of the aftercare, it was outstanding.
What do you think of your results?
Couldn’t be happier. It all looks very natural and I look so refreshed. It’s had a tremendous affect on my self confidence.
How has cosmetic surgery changed your life?
Yes definitely as now I feel as if I’m ready to go out and socialise and feel as it’s a joy to apply makeup and just have that confidence back.
