I hit 60 and felt 70, my eyes looked so tired and baggy.

How did you feel after your consultation with Mr Lambe?
I was nervous obviously, but after seeing him I was excited and once I had fixed the date with Jayne, I was super excited.
Any tips for anyone thinking of having this surgery?
Yes, don’t wait till you are 60. It’s a little uncomfortable but it’s worth it.
How was your recovery? What did you expect and how was it different?
As I said, it was uncomfortable but not painful. You do look battered for a few days, but it passes. I followed the aftercare to the letter; it was easy and clear to follow.
How was your aftercare experience? What helped?
The aftercare was exceptional. Jayne was in touch regularly, and it was amazing to have that peace of mind, knowing she was on the end of the phone if I needed her. The nurses at the hospital were lovely. Everyone was lovely, to be honest.
What do you think of your results?
I don’t look 60 anymore, I feel fresh. fantastic results which I never doubted.
How has cosmetic surgery changed your life?
I don’t hide when the camera comes out anymore. I like myself in the mirror which I didn’t before.
