It was great to be invited to The Real Housewives of Cheshire event recently!
And on a Tuesday too!
Seema Malhotra kindly asked us to her event at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire and it was a banger!
We took the journey to the luxury Victorian Gothic fortress which took us deep into Cheshire and took advantage of the beautiful scenery and winding road up to the castle itself! We met so many pheasants en route and had to beep the horn a few times, some even kissing on the road, so that took a few beeps!! 😉
We were treated royally with a red carpet rolled out throughout the castle and tasted some beautiful canapés, champagne on arrival and danced til late!

As you know in TV, it’s always a bit last minute in terms of gathering the troops, so after a kind invitation at dance class, we dressed up in the theme Black, White or Silver so that we could really show out!
The guys wore black sequinned tuxedos and the girls wore an array of dresses in black, but personally I couldn’t resist digging out my silver jump suit which is glam and comfy as long as I wear the right foundation garments! 😉
As most girls do, we spent the first 20 minutes in the bathroom, refining our hair and make up and of course, in 2026, we took time out to get some great photos and videos. The bathroom was large enough for us all and had a decent dressing table too and was decorated beautifully!
We checked our outfits and I was on theme with Tanya Bardlsey as we were both in silver. We also bumped into Lauren Stone, Rachel Lugo, Nermina Pieters-Mekic and Ampika Pickston, looking fabulous as ever! Here we are in the grand hall with a sneak peek of the housewives and the film crew!
It is honestly, SUCH a small world because the next minute we bumped into my cousin’s husband’s son James who is …… wait for it….. Lauren Stone’s new boyfriend! Well life is full of surprises! 😉
We also had a chance to mix with some of the OG Housewives including Tanya Bardsley (Bardo), Ampika Pickston, Leanne Brown, Paige Chohan and Sheena Lynch. It was great to be amongst such high glamour!
After a few more glasses of fizz, some seafood canapies and a few dances we took the opportunity to take some photos.

After filming, we managed to fit in some fun and dancing!
What a wonderful event and the castle is unique. I’ve checked out the website and they specialise in weddings, overnights and luxury events, so if you are looking for somewhere special, then I would definitely go and visit!

Here’s Seema with Jonathan Chianca our dance teacher and choreographer (who’s also a regular around Cheshire). We’d done our legendary signature “Vogue” dance routine and got all the guests dancing! As they say in the business “Work Hard, Play Hard” and that’s just what we did!
