Consent for Surgery Abroad
Part of the rigorous process we follow, after your consultation(s), are that you read and understand what your cosmetic surgery involves and any risks. This can be difficult in English, but if you are understandably emotional (excited, nervous or scared) then you won’t be able to fully absorb all the information that is presented to you and you might not remember it all.

“It often comes down to poor communication and language issues, but alarmingly it is also down to exploitative cosmetic surgeons who yield the power of the scalpel and perform the surgery they wish and not that of the patient.
You will also need to consider the care you might receive should your operation not go as expected, is there an on call surgeon, the best equipment and state of the art monitors at the ready,should you need them?

As well as this, you may need to reassess your lifestyle, including giving up smoking or vaping, so that you can have a safe cosmetic surgery journey, with optimum recovery.
