We always recommend that you do proper research including checking your Plastic Surgeon is a member of BAAPS (The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons) who have to meet appropriate training and adhere to strict guidelines to be members, which ensures patient safety including monitoring the Plastic Surgeon’s skills are up to date and monitored and they regularly submit courses attended so they are up to date with the latest surgical innovations for CPD points (Continuing Professional Development).

DON’T HESITATE!
If you’ve decided to have a procedure but you’re unsure where to go I’d fully recommend Mr Lambe and his team, they’re fantastic.
Jayne is the most friendly lady you could hope to liaise with. She’ll put you at ease immediately and organise everything, offering plenty of giggles along the way 🙂
Mr Lambe is approachable, professional and incredibly efficient.
The procedure was far easier and quicker than I’d expected. I was very comfortable throughout thanks to Adelina who deserves a special mention. She managed to keep me chatting which was a welcome distraction, she’s very kind and genuine. Adelina has also offered very useful and practical tips for my aftercare.
I highly recommend Mr Lambe and his team.

Date of experience: July 09, 2025“I am day 10 post op and wanted to take this time to thank & praise the whole Reflect team for my recent care.
This is my second procedure with Mr Lambe, the first was in 2019.
I had absolutely no hesitation in choosing Mr Lambe despite a couple of recommendations from friends who have recently gone through breast augmentation. I made the call & was so happy when the wonderful Jayne (clinic manager) answered. She is an amazing, warm friendly, lovely lady. She genuinely cares and is with you throughout your whole journey, always there to answer any questions, concerns and give reassurance if needed.
Attending HCA for my consultation with Mr Lambe was like meeting an old friend. He is one of the nicest guys you can meet and an outstanding surgeon who immediately puts you at ease. He listens to & answers in depth to all your questions and is patient beyond belief, (something that was much needed in my case!) and importantly he is totally honest. He addresses & manages your expectations, which is hugely important with this type of surgery. Every body is unique and it is not realistic looking at photos & thinking that’s what I want to look like.On leaving the consultation my husband said “I’d forgotten just what a nice guy he is”.
I went to Aset for my cosmetic surgery & was under the care of the wonderful Rachel & her team. When Patrick (anaesthetist) who had looked after me previously came in to explain the process I felt thoroughly at ease and knew I was in good hands. I was quite sick after my last general anaesthetic & worried that this would be the case again. Patrick has a friendly, reassuring manner & explained that they have adopted a new approach to administering GA and it was highly unlikely that I would suffer these after affects.He was right, 15 minutes post op I was back in my room sat up chatting & asking for toast! No nausea & very little pain, I was home a couple of hours later, amazing.

Such a great experience
I had breast augmentation with Mr Lambe. My only regrets is that I worried far too much! The whole process went swimmingly from start to finish!
All the staff are literally like your best friends! I really didn’t feel like I was in a hospital at all!
My nurse was a lovely guy called Simon who couldn’t do enough to put me at ease right from the beginning.
Patch the anaesthetist is the most wonderful gentle man, and his nurse Julie was just one of the kindest women I’ve honestly ever met!
My nurses in recovery were Pru and Paul who sat listening to me talk nonsense whilst holding my hand and reassuring me that I was absolutely fine!
I always knew that when I decided to finally have breast augmentation the surgeon to do it would be Mr Lambe, I trusted him implicitly from the very beginning. His professionalism, knowledge, skill and personality make for 100% the perfect surgeon.
Last but certainly not least, the lovely Jayne! From start to finish she is with you all the way! You can ask her anything and everything and she will be sure to put your mind an ease. She’s always at the end of the phone with love and care at any time of the day!
The best way I can describe my experience with Reflect is that I went through my procedure with a group of lovely friends by my side. That’s honestly how it felt.
I’m truly looking forward to going back to see them all again soon!

I had breast implants two weeks ago and I honestly feel amazing.
I’ve been thinking about it for five years, then my friend recommended Mr Lambe and Reflect.
Even though it’s early days, I can already see how beautifully it’s all taking shape, and I’m beyond excited to see the final result.
